You will need :
1 onion, finely diced
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
1 egg, whisked
2 tablespoon cheese, grated
Pinch mixed herbs
Method :
Melt butter, fry onion and tomato till tender, add cheese, egg and mixed herbs. Cook gently till thickened. Season.
